I'm in the process of setting up our Office 365, I would like to migrate our on premise system (exchange 2010, with 44 users) to the O365 using the cutover migration method. When I attempt to create the batch job the cutover migration option is greyed out? I haven't enabled directory sync and don't have any users setup yet on the system. Apr 14, 2020.
